Shipping:
We ship within 3 business day upon payment received, and only to the address you have provided on your checkout transaction.
Address / Name changes will not be accepted at any time. This option is also blocked with our shipping accounts.
Shipping costs to and from the buyer will be charged should a delivery be refused, not cleared or not picked up after the item has been shipped. Same will apply to an incorrect or not full provided shipping address.
Please note! We use DHL Express or USPS for shipping. We reserve the right to change carriers, without any notice to the buyer, in order to expedite shipping times.
We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and inspected.
If we receive the phone or tablet back with a pin lock, user lock, pattern lock, Google account lock, apple id lock, or any type of lock, then we will charge you $100 to unlock it. If it is not unlockable then we have to either send the phone back to you or you have to provide us with the correct credentials to unlock it. If the credentials you provide don’t work then you will be charged $100. This fee is besides any restocking fee. In some cases it is impossible to unlock the above mention locks. In that case we will send the phone back and no refund will be given. This is because the phone will not be in a usable condition. We hope all our buyers understand this and return the devices without any locks in it.
Customs: Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility. Buyers should check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying.
1.We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.
2.If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus Shipping cost to and from buyer (Buyer will get partly refund).
3.If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.
