Practically brand new only used once or twice. I just want it in good hands with someone who will use it and not let it sit around the house, comes with protection case, and case to carry games and the switch. (If protective case is on it will not fit in the blue case) only thing missing is a charger, it takes charger cable C, which you could find at a local store. Games are not with it, but on the App Store there are free games you can buy.
